There are other well-known on-chain onboarding models, but I’ve left out too older ones and those that overlap with Elixir’s PDS. As with the proposal at Treasury for Maxi&PDS, we can adapt or selectively borrow elements that best fit Elixir’s needs.

Note that the examples above focus on minimal cost and community building, they overlap a bit with our Ritual and Spell, but easier to understand if you see them simply as on-chain onboarding models.
